What is a retainer?
The official answer to this question is, “A fee paid in advance to someone in order to secure their services for use when required.” Rabbit Media has taken this one step further, not only do you retain a specific service, you also get to pay off that product creation over a set period of time.
What is your turnaround time on development?
This can range from a day to a week dependent on the service that you require. We aim to finish up as soon as humanly possible if we have all the relevant information at hand. If you cannot provide us with the required information timeously, it does extend our turnaround time.

Your rates are not the cheapest in the industry, WHY!!??
Being the cheapest does not guarantee that you will get the best product or service for that matter. Our rates are based on you getting more bang for your buck.
For eg.
Most web companies that bill you on a “cheap” monthly figure charge you on average R 950 – R1500 to edit and/or add a web page onto your website. Thats included in our monthly rate with us.
When you cancel your contact with the “cheaper” web company, you are not allowed to take that website with you. With Rabbit Media, after the 12 month term you can either take the site with you or renew your contract with us on a month to month basis.
How many times can I make changes to artwork?
On our Graphic Design packages, you are allowed a maximum of 3 event changes per design.
E.g. We will design your flyer after getting your brief. We will then forward a draft copy to you to look through and make your various changes (Event Change 1). Once we have updated the flyer for you, you will have a further 2 “Event Changes” after which, if further changes are required, you will be billed.
On our Web Design packages, you are allowed a maximum of 3 event changes per build. E.g. We will design your website after getting your brief, all of the relevant information and images. We will forward a draft link to you to proof and provide us with the various changes that you require (Event Change 1). Once we have updated the site for you, you will have a further 2 “Event Changes” after which, if further changes are required, you will be billed.
On our Content Creation packages, you are allowed a maximum of 2 event changes per development. E.g. We will create your content after getting your brief, all of the relevant information. We will forward a draft to you to proof and provide us with the various changes that you require (Event Change 1). Once we have updated the content for you, you will have 1 more “Event Changes” after which, if further changes are required, you will be billed.
Can I get changes done to any previous designs after we have finalised them?
Yes you can. Any changes done after a design has been finalised will be billed for. However, if you are on our retainer packages, we will incorporate it into an “Event Change”
